Bruno & Giulia: A Coastal Wedding Story at Villa Oasis in Acireale

Perched along the volcanic coastline of the Riviera dei Ciclopi, Acireale offers one of the most evocative settings in eastern Sicily. When Bruno and Giulia planned their wedding, they envisioned a day rooted in tradition, deep personal connection, and the dramatic natural beauty of the Ionian Sea.

The day carried a distinct air of elegance and honor. Bruno, a proud member of the Carabinieri, wore his formal military uniform—a striking visual that brought timeless dignity to the emotional church ceremony. Surrounded by close family, friends, and colleagues, the exchange of vows was filled with heartfelt moments and enduring traditions.

Following the ceremony, we headed towards the picturesque fishing hamlet of Stazzo, just outside Acireale. Stazzo provided the ideal backdrop for a raw, documentary-style portrait session. Between the dark volcanic lava rocks, whitewashed coastal buildings, and the deep blue Mediterranean, Bruno and Giulia stepped away from the crowd to share quiet, unscripted moments as the afternoon light softened across the water.

The celebration continued at Villa Oasis in Acireale, an elegant seaside venue overlooking the coast. Guests gathered for an evening under the Mediterranean sky, enjoying authentic Sicilian flavours, local wine, and warm toasts. As the sun set and twilight painted the coastline in shades of gold and deep blue, the outdoor reception opened up into lively music and celebration that carried on long into the night.
